• Heading the Technical Committee of the German JIC for TAM for several election periods, heading task forces for measurement, data production and  collaboration with Google and others
• Awarded with the "Tony Twyman Award" in 2010
• Appointed member of the "Austrian Media Research Commission" since October 2022
